My own experience with limitations and chronic pain led me to discover the transformative power of Pilates, especially the Polestar method. Its gentle approach focuses on building strength, core stability, and breath-work, creating a foundation for long-term health and pain-free movement.
As a Yoga & Meditation and Polestar Pilates instructor trained in Mat and Comprehensive Equipment, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and empathy to my sessions. I have a deep understanding of spine pathology, having overcome similar challenges myself.
My passion lies in helping clients achieve their goals, whether it's improved posture, increased strength, or pain relief. I meticulously guide clients in achieving correct alignment, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all levels.
Through my work with Polestar Pilates Uk, I assist international educators during Teacher Training courses, demonstrate movements, guide and mentor students throughout their learning journey and prepare them for their exams. Through Complete-Physio, I gained extensive experience in rehabilitation programs and injury management. I create personalised private and semi-private sessions tailored to your specific needs. Happiness is indeed an internal journey, and yoga and Pilates offer powerful tools for self-discovery and well-being. My Journey to Yoga and Pilates

While a childhood dream of becoming a ballerina remained unfulfilled, the desire for movement and expression blossomed differently. For 22 years, I thrived as a hairstylist, connecting with people and bringing them joy through my work. Yet, yoga offered a deeper connection – a path to inner peace and well-being.
My yoga journey began in 2011, initially for physical exercise. But it quickly evolved into a transformative experience. Mindfulness courses and annual Vipassana meditation retreats deepened my understanding of meditation and yoga's philosophy, guiding me towards a balanced and harmonious way of living.
In 2016, I completed my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India and became a certified Yoga and, later in 2021, Meditation Teacher. My teaching style blends elements of Iyengar, Sivananda, and Ashtanga Yoga, tailored to all levels and incorporating Pranayama and Meditation techniques. These practices help students connect deeply, addressing underlying issues and insecurities.
A 2017 spine injury presented a significant challenge in my life. The limitations it imposed fueled a determination to explore movement further. This led me to train with Polestar Pilates International (Level 3 Mat & Comprehensive Pilates ) and Heartcore Pilates London (Reformer Pilates). This experience not only aided my recovery but also broadened my understanding of movement and body mechanics.
Today, as a Yoga, Meditation, and Comprehensive Pilates Teacher and Mentor in Training for Polestar Pilates UK, I am definitely passionate about sharing the transformative power of movement.
