The combination of training, personal experience, and patience has made me understand and appreciate my body and its limitations. I find Pilates, especially the Polestar Pilates Method, a soft approach. It offers a new way of rehabilitation, building strength and core stability, combining it with good understating of breathwork, keeping me healthy and free from pain.

 

My obsession and attention to correct alignment give perfect support and a safe environment, which all levels of clients require. I have a deep passion, compassion and understanding for spine pathology; I understand your pain; I have been there, and my aim is for my clients to leave the sessions feeling taller, more muscular, energised and pain-free. Trained with Polestar Pilates International on Mat and Equipment Pilates and past working experiences with Complete- Physio and Vanbrugh, I have gained a deep understanding of injuries and working with people towards their rehabilitation programme. I work in Collaboration with Ann De Vos At Pilates Living N16, where I tailor-make private and semi-private sessions.

I always dreamed of being a ballerina, but could not attend classes as a child, so did not develop the body.

I focused on finding another passion, leading me on this journey.

 

​For 22 years, I was a successful Hairstylist. I loved it. I love to cut hair, be around people, and share life experiences, but what I love the most is making people smile and happy.

 

I started practising Yoga in 2011, initially as a physical exercise, as most do. Soon after, I embarked on yoga’s spiritual path, enrolling in a mindfulness course and a Vipassana meditation retreat to find space and peace within myself.

 

Those retreats and teachings have become annual pursuits and have changed my way of living and being. I fell in love with Yoga’s philosophy, awakening in a balanced and harmonious state.

 

I completed my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2016 with Kanga Yoga and qualified as a Meditation Teacher in 2020. My teaching incorporates Iyengar, Sivananda, and Ashtanga Yoga, adapting those styles to all client levels. I often include Pranayama and Meditation techniques in my sessions, which help people deeply connect spiritually, reaching the root of all their issues and insecurities.

I have lived all my life with chronic back pain, but in 2017, due to a spine injury, something more profound happened. I was in much pain, and this severely limited any form of movement I could do for more than a year. I felt stuck, without a way out—something needed to change to enable me to move forward in life. So I decided to deepen my practice and train with Polestar Pilates International as a level 3 Mat and clinical Pilates, as well as Reformer Pilates training with Heartcore Pilates London.

We all search for a purpose in life, and I am searching for happiness and perfection.

Happiness is an inward journey, a never-ending path that only you can choose to begin walking. Your journey towards a better way of life begins today, whether you are looking for professional or personal support.

Please note that I offer only Corporate group sessions and 1-2-1 Private Sessions.

I am located in Hackney,  Polestar Pilates Kings Cross, and Borough, in a fully-equipped studio. 

For online classes, you can purchase :

5-class pack for £160.00 (save £15).

 10-class pack for £300.00 (save £50).

For in-person sessions, you can purchase a single session for £80.00 or a Duet session for £100.00.

Additionally, you can buy a 5-class pack for £375.00 (save £25)

 10-class pack for £750.00 (save £50).
